Returns/Exchange

Items can be returned for Exchange or Refund within 14 days of purchase in original packaging, with labels. All items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, otherwise will not be accepted.

Exchanges cannot guarantee availability of items, as we have limited stock. To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering a replacement, once the return is accepted a refund will be issued for the original purchase item. 

Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange

Return postage is the customers responsibility you are responsible for the items until it is received by us. For your own protection, we recommend using a secure delivery method with a signature upon delivery. Also, consider insured recorded delivery for returns and keep proof of posting as we are not liable for non-arrival of goods.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours.We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, please inspect your items upon delivery for any issues and return them within the above specified periods for a replacement if available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items WE DO NOT ACCEPT any item if worn unfortunately sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Swimwear is non refundable for hygiene purposes.

Internationals refunds are processed within 10 working days by the original payment method.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US

to return your item please email us: sales@noirkidsclothing.com with your full name, order number and item(s) you are returning, you will then be issued with the returns label

For all refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically be refunded within 7 days on your original payment method. Please remember your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time
